If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as if it had been canceled.
Shipping costs, if any, will be charged additionally, these additional costs are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the "Total Cost". After receiving your order, we conducted a standard test pre-authorization on your credit card payment to ensure that enough funds to carry out the transaction. The products will not ship until this check has been made prior to authorization. It will charge your card once payment has been processed.

* Payment Methods *
In Tattoonie use Paypal & Stripe for payments, because this methods are safe and accept a big amount of credit cards. You can use your Paypal account or pay with credit card in both platforms. WE accept, Visa, MasterdCard, American Express and Apple Pay.
* Shipping Policy *
We supply to all the national and international territory. Shipping costs are:
- Standard shipping (without a tracking number, subject to the efficiency of the postal service):
- 2€ in Spain, 2 to 10 business days.
- 3€ for the rest of the world, 4 to 20 working days.
- Express delivery: (with tracking number):
- 7.9€ in Spain, 24 to 48h.
- the rest of the world rates depends on each country, you can calculate it at the checkout, shipping usually takes between 48 to 72 hours.
As soon as your order leaves our headquarters, an email will be sent to you to confirm that it is on the way. If you order after 5 p.m., it will be prepared the next business day.
IMPORTANT: Some of the products we sell are from external suppliers. These products have different shipping times that are specified in the product description. If you buy these products and choose express shipping, we will refund the amount. If you buy these products in combination with Tattoonie products and choose express shipping, you will receive the Tattoonie products with express shipping and the rest of the order at the shipping time specified in the product description.
* Invoice & Order Status *
Cuando realices un pedido, recibirás una confirmación del mismo por correo electrónico, pero el pedido no se hará efectivo hasta que el pago haya sido aceptado y el cargo correspondiente se haya hecho en tu tarjeta de crédito o débito.

* Cancellation & Refund Policy *
You, the customer have the right to cancel your order after 1 hours from the purchase. That way Tattoonie has enough time to manage the cancellation of the order and its related shipping.
If for any reason our Tattoonies don't fulfill your expectations, we will refund your total purchase price. In Tattoonie we want to make you happy so if you are dissatisfied feel free to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and together we will solve it.
The deadline for any refund is 30 days from the shipping confirmation email. Shipping costs are taken by the customer and by certified mail or courier by tracking number to the following address:

Returned products will be your responsibility until they reach our headquarters address. We will refund you the money value of the products you've returned, at the price you bought them. This includes items on sale. Once we receive the item we will refund the money by the same payment method that you made the order.
In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition, including labels and packaging.
Arrival to our company. As soon as we receive it we will send you an e-mail confirmation and we will check the goods within 24 hours to ensure you get reimbursed as soon as possible.
Any refund will be automatically refunded with the same payment method that was used to make the purchase and the card used. Normally the term for the charge to appear on the card is between 5 and 10 days from when the refund is confirmed. We will refund what you have paid for the Tattoonies but not the shipping costs, except in cases where the order was canceled in accordance with the Distance Selling rules or in which the entire order was defective.
In the case you don't receive a confirmation of the return within 20 working days after the postal of your package, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

In order to conclude a contract with Tattoonie Temporary Tattoos You must be over 18 years of age and possess a credit or debit card valid, issued by a bank acceptable to us. Tattoonie Temporary Tattoos reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you. When ordering, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used to place the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of products.
