PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Although we make every effort to ensure that all data, descriptions and prices listed on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as if it had been canceled. If you have paid cancels but the products will receive a full refund.

Shipping costs, if any, will be charged additionally, these additional costs are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the "Total Cost".
After receiving your order, we conducted a standard test pre-authorization on your credit card payment to ensure that enough funds to carry out the transaction. The products will not ship until this check has been made prior to authorization. It will charge your card once payment has been processed.

You can ask for the sales receipt as desired. The sales receipt is not included in the product shipping by default. But if ask for it will be happy to send it along with your order, or in Digital format as you desire.

PAYMENT METHODS

In Tattoonie use Paypal & Stripe Gateway for payments, because this mathods are safe and accept a big amount of credit cards. You can do this through your Paypal account , if you are owner of one Paypal Account or by Credit Card without having a PayPal account.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order is placed , Tattoonie send it by regular mail (post), from this moment tattoonie not responsible for delivery times , these are beyond the control of Tattoonie.
Take notice that if you place the order after 5pm, it will be prepared the next working day.
For express and tracking delivery the courier company depends on the country destiny. This shipping has to accomplish the timing stipulated. 
For Tattoonie Temporary Tattoos:
Domestic shipments to Spain cost 2 € per order and reception period ranges from 2 to 10 working days.
International Domestic shipments cost 3 € per order and reception period ranges from 3 to 20 working days.
Express Shipping costs depends on the country and they will be specified at the checkout.
Standard shipping times may vary according to availability, and any warranty offered with respect to delivery times are limited by the postal company or by force major, which we are not be liable.

IMPORTANT: Some of the products we sell are from external suppliers. This products have different shipping times that are specified at the product description. If you buy these products and choose express shipping, we'll refund you the amount. If you buy these products combined with Tattoonie products and choose express shipping, you'll receive Tattoonie products first, and the rest of the order at the shipping time specified at the product description.

ORDER STATUS & INVOICE

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation, but the order will not be processed until payment has been accepted and the corresponding charge has been made to your credit or debit card.
If you need an Invoice, write us at contact@tattooniedesign.com with the order number and the Invoice details (billing information).

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

You, the customer have the right to cancel your order after 6 hours from the purchase. That way Tattoonie has enough time to manage the cancellation of the order and its related shipping.

  • REFUND POLICY 
If for any reason our Tattoonies don't fulfill your expectations, we will refund your total purchase price. In Tattoonie we want to make you happy so if you are dissatisfied feel free to e-mail us at contact@tattooniedesign.com and together we will solve it.
In Tattoonie we accept returns. The deadline for any refund is 30 days from the shipping confirmation email. Shipping costs are taken by the customer and by certified mail or courier by tracking number to the following address:

Returned products will be your responsibility until they reach our studio address. We will refund you the money value of the products you've returned, at the price you bought them. This includes items on sale.
Once we receive the item we will refund the money by the same payment method that you made the order. In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition, including labels and packaging.
Returning process:
Arrival to our company: it can take up to 20 business days for your order to arrive. As soon as we receive it we will send you an e-mail confirmation and we will check the goods within 24 hours to ensure you get reimbursed as soon as possible.
In the case you don't receive a confirmation of the return within 20 working days after the postal of your package, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
