PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. If we discover an error in the availability of any product you have ordered, we will deduct it from your order and inform you of this via a note by email. If you have only ordered the out-of-stock product in question, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount of the order.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on www.tattooniedesign.com are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order and refund you. 

 

BILLING

You can request the purchase receipt from us as soon as you wish. By default, the receipt is not included in the shipment of the product, but we do send a summary in the order confirmation email. If you ask us, we will be happy to send it to you along with your order, or in digital format as you indicate.

If you need an invoice, you can fill in the billing information at the time of placing the order and tell us that you need an invoice in the 'notes' section of the shopping cart or by sending an email to contact@tattooniedesign.com indicating the order number and your billing data.

Prices include VAT, at the rate applicable to the country of receipt within the European Union.

PAYMENT METHODS 

At Tattooniedesign.com we use PayPal, Stripe and Apple Pay payment gateways.

You can make payment through PayPal with a credit card, without having to have a PayPal account.

We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard.

SHIPPING POLICY

We supply to the entire national and international territory. 

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping options will appear once you enter the complete address and you can choose the shipping type that best suits you.

These costs will be charged additionally; such additional costs are clearly shown where applicable and included in the “Total Cost”.

Ordinary shipments without tracking number will be free from €20 in the peninsula and €30 for the rest including international shipments.

There is the option of free shipping with tracking from 35 in the peninsula and with a discount for the rest including international shipments.

Personalized products do not have ordinary shipping since they must have a tracking number.

    As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. If you order after 4 p.m. GMT+2 time, it will be prepared the next business day unless it is personalized in which case the production time must be taken into account.

    CANCELLATION POLICY, REFUND OR RETURN

    • CANCELLATION POLICY

    You, the customer, have the right to cancel your order within 1 hour after the purchase has been made in order to have sufficient time to manage the cancellation of the order and its corresponding shipment.

    • REFUND POLICY 

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Tattoonies we have sent you, send us an email contact@tattooniedesign.com and together we will solve it. 

    If there is something that is not right and has been demonstrated, we will refund the corresponding amount without any problem. At Tattoonie we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

    • RETURN POLICY 

    At Tattoonie we accept returns. The period for any return is 30 days from the date the customer receives the merchandise, which will be sent by certified mail or private courier to the following address:

    The monetary value of the products you have returned to us will be refunded at the price you purchased them. This includes sale items. In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and any packaging. Returned products will be your responsibility until they arrive at our studio.

    We will inspect and process the products within 24 hours to ensure you receive your refund as soon as possible and will send you an email notification to confirm this.

    Any refund will be issued automatically with the same payment method used to make the purchase and the card used. Normally the period for the charge to appear on the card is between 5 and 10 days from when the refund is confirmed. We will refund shipping costs in cases where the order was canceled in accordance with Distance Selling rules or where the entire order was defective.
