➜ Tattoonie Catalog Products
- We ship throughout Spain and to international destinations. When you complete your address, you will see the available shipping options and the estimated delivery time.
- Although we work to meet them, the times provided by the courier are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
- Free shipping for orders over 30 € in the peninsula (Spain) and over 100 € for other destinations.
- Tracking: We will send you an email with the tracking number when the order leaves our studio.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM are shipped the next business day. The delivery time starts counting from the moment the order is shipped.
- Cancelations: You can cancel your order at any time before shipping from the order link. If you have any issues, write to us at contact@tattooniedesign.com
➜ Delays, Losses, and Incidents
- Courier Delays: We cannot be held responsible for third-party delays, but we will always seek the best solution (commercial gesture or voucher).
- Losses or Incidents: if there is a loss or a validated problem, we will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used.
➜ Returns (Catalog)
- We accept returns within 30 days after receipt.
- The product must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging.
- You can manage your return from the link in the confirmation email.
- Once we receive the package, we will review it within 24 hours and send you a confirmation email.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method. It may take 5–10 days to reflect.
- We refund the shipping costs only if the order is defective or if it is canceled according to distance selling regulations.
➜ Express Custom Production 2–4 Days
- They are produced on demand in tight timelines, so they do not allow full returns once made.
- Shipping: to all of Spain and internationally. You will see options and times when completing the address. Free shipping from 30 € (peninsula) and 100 € (other destinations).
- Times: the production time (2–4 days) must be added to the transport time.
- Tracking: you will receive an email with tracking when it leaves the studio. From that moment, we recommend checking the status and, if necessary, contacting the courier. We will do our best to assist you.
- Cancelations: within the first hour after purchase by writing to contact@tattooniedesign.com.
- Courier Delays: We cannot be held responsible for third-party delays, but we will always seek the best solution (commercial gesture or voucher).
- Losses (Options):Reproduction of the order with the same for free. Refund of the amount via redeemable coupon on our website.
➜ Premium Custom
- They are produced on demand; do not allow full returns once made.
- Shipping: Spain and internationally. Option for urgent and insured shipping to guarantee delivery on time or the refund according to the conditions of the contracted insurance.
- Times and Tracking: we meet the agreed production times and provide tracking upon dispatch. From that moment, we recommend checking the status and contacting the courier if necessary. We will assist you in case of an incident.
- Courier Delays: we will seek the best solution (commercial gesture or voucher).
- Losses (Options):Reproduction of the order under special conditions. Refund of the amount via redeemable coupon on our website. Partial refund of the amount (excludes production costs).
Prices and availability
- We work to keep the stock of your favorite Tattoonies. If an item is out of stock, we will adjust your order and notify you by email.
- If the out-of-stock product was the only item in the order, we will refund the full amount.
- Although we review everything carefully, there may be some pricing or description errors. In that case, we will notify you so you can choose to proceed or cancel. If we are unable to contact you within 7 days, we will cancel and refund.
Billing
- You will receive an order summary by email.
- If you need a receipt or invoice, write to us at contact@tattooniedesign.com with your order number and tax information. You can also indicate it in the notes at checkout and add your NIF/CIF in the form.
